Scalability Finder Consulting Program
Javis Brunson Consultants
1. Program Overview
The Scalability Finder Consulting Program (“Program”) is a professional business consulting engagement offered by Javis Brunson Consultants (“Consultant”) to help business owners assess and improve the scalability of their company using the Value Builder System™ methodology.
The Program includes a two-hour one-on-one consulting session, pre-assessment, customized action plan, and follow-up accountability meeting.
2. Program Components
The Program includes:

Two-Hour Consulting Session (virtual or in-person)

Custom 90-Day Scalability Action Plan

30-Day Accountability Check-In
All services are delivered personally by Javis Brunson or an authorized associate.
3. Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of registration to confirm participation.

Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, or other approved electronic payment methods.

All fees are non-refundable once the program materials and assessment links have been issued.
If you need to reschedule your session, see Section 4 below.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellation

Clients may reschedule their session up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled date without penalty.

Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of that session time.

In the event the Consultant must reschedule, a new mutually agreed-upon time will be provided.
5. Confidentiality
Both the Client and Consultant agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of all discussions, materials, and proprietary information shared during the Program.
The Consultant will not disclose any client information to third parties without written consent, except where required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, tools, and reports provided during the Program — including the Value Builder System™ content, templates, and intellectual property — remain the sole property of Javis Brunson Consultants or its licensed providers.
Clients receive a non-transferable, limited license to use these materials for their personal business improvement only. Reproduction, distribution, or resale of materials is strictly prohibited.
7. Client Responsibilities
To achieve the best results, the Client agrees to:

Complete all required pre-work and assessments before the session.

Participate fully and engage in the consulting discussions.

Implement the agreed-upon recommendations and action items.
The Consultant provides strategic guidance, but the Client retains full responsibility for their business decisions and outcomes.
8. No Guarantees
The Program is designed to provide education, tools, and strategic insight. However, no specific financial results or business outcomes are guaranteed.
Success depends on the Client’s implementation, market conditions, and other factors beyond the Consultant’s control.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Javis Brunson Consultants be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the Program.
The Consultant’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the Program.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or participating in the Scalability Finder Consulting Program, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
